We fired this company after a dismal serivce record. They frequently "forgot " to pick up our trash. They were usually very apologetic and came out the next day to pick it up, but it happened with disturbing frequency. They also made a big mess of trash all aroundthe site of the bin when they did pick up. We live at the end of the block and other neighbors had fired them in the months/ years before us, but thats not an excuse for just "forgetting" to provide service we paid for. The second problem was their handling of payments. Checks mailed often sat in the office (or somewhere) for several weeks before being cahsed being cashed. When I send a payment I do expect that it be cashed within a reasonable time frame. Their rates are much higher than other local services. Their trash containers are much smaller, they dont pick up recycling, their serivce is terrible and their business practice is questionable. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
