james piss off at
Do not use this company. Jill is one the phone personnal. is rude and does not help you. Every time I ask to speak to manager get run around. My equipment has not been working properly since Novmber 2011 and it is 1 Feb 2012. Not good customer services.

I agree with james.The phone personnel Jill is very rude,and is no help at all.She explained to me that she is the only workeer in the office and she has no higher authority.However I have cameras out at my business and have yet had a tech to come out and fix them.She stated to me that she has no tech available in the last 3 weeks.I wouldn't recommend anyone to this company.
