One sentence review: "Run away from this place." I would avoid this place and find someone else. This company is quickly becoming a scam real quick. Get you signed up for their service no problem, but they have slowly broken my furnace every time they come here. I started with a furnace cleaning. Wound up with a broken manifold, igniter, and gas sending unit. I have had multiple apparently untrained techs to my house for repair, all leaving me with various issues that weren't there when the tech got here. When trying to discuss with Glenn the owner, I got lectured about how the owner of a restaurant doesn't cook burgers, he hires cooks, and he cant go out and do every job. Except when the cooks are breaking the grills and not cooking the burgers, the owner needs to get their company in line. Run far and fast from this batch of scam artists. 35 years in the business is apparently 35 years of learning to scam people better. Which is sad cause your company came highly recommended originally. Good luck being a burger cook or burger cook owner or whatever you want, cause you won't have customers left if you keep this up.
