Karen, the owner, has nothing to do with the process of picking out any shades but her decorator will help you decide. The owner has a very unpleasant personality. You will have to call her many times to get in touch with her. She will call back about five days later. Her books to select are several years old. We had a custom made window shade that was Hunter Douglas and it was different from the books when it went up. Her installers are not very good and we have a window shade that is broken and it has been a few months that I have called to get it fixed by the installer with no return calls. Disappointed and I would go elsewhere.
