A company with no unlawful activities to hide would have no problem working with the customer to prove as much. Violations of multiple TCA codes, probable cause, and customer documented experiences has proven over and over the unethical and unprofessional business manner under which they function. They take no responsibility in any wrong doing, refuse to respond to complaints without insulting and degrading the intelligence of customers, and profit from losses of those towed. Their business licenses should be revoked and the unethical treatment of customers should have them removed from customer service based business all together.
