Terrible experience, purchased a countertop from Continental Surfaces and then was called that because of the layout I had to pay more than expected. The templaters showed up on the wrong day and then the installation was a nightmare. It took 4 days, they had to recut a piece, they made a mess of my kitchen so when I complained the owner came out. Very unkept looking, smelling like alcohol and was arrogant and told me that everything was done properly and basically walked away. AWFUL

Just completed a refinish of kitchen cabinets. Our experience was excellent. Ali did the bid and was a pleasure (and flexible). The installers, Mark (lead), Booie, Freddie, and Alvin were all very pleasant and supportive. Yep there were some minor issues but a call to Debbie and everything was addressed. We paid 30% down and the rest upon our complete satisfaction - that was a big selling point. Any company's reputation is based upon it's employees - our experience was the guys were very pleasant and want to make the customer happy. We would use them again.
