DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS WOMAN! I took my daughter's prom dress to be altered to Lucy the owner. She had to draw in the waist line take less then an inch off the length add some padding to the bust area and tighten up the straps on the built in bra hooks. She was supposed to call me for a final fitting before she finished the job and to let me know about what the work was gonna cost me, as she refused to give me an idea of cost at first meeting. She never called me and did not return my calls to her. Finally i receive a call from her saying the dress is done and the cost is $255.00!!! The dress only cost me $120.00. There is no way she did $255.00 worth of work on this dress. The dress has no bead work or lace simple straight line strapless dress. Being the prom was the next day i had no choice but to pay. She also ONLY TAKES CASH WHICH SHE ALSO FORGOT TO MENTION. DO YOURSELF A HUGE FAVOR AND STAY CLEAR OF THIS BUSINESS!! I clearly told her I needed to know the cost before she went ahead and did the work all she kept saying was "don't worry hunny i will call you i will call you!!" In my opinion she knew exactly what she was doing and why she didn't call. She refused to even lower the price even though she did not keep up her end, oh and she also REFUSES to give you a receipt. Only takes cash, gives no receipt equals no paper trail and charges crazy fees for simple work $255.00 REALY I wonder how much she reports to the IRS!! Her work also was terrible !!
