I bought the Grill and Smoker PS9900 on Sunday. During assembly part number PS9900-23 was discovered broken. I have called the toll free number for customer service a number of times between the hours of 0830 and 1630 CST over the last two days. No one answers the customer service number. This speaks volumes regarding this companies attitude regarding customer service and if it continues I will be very vocal to all my friends about how your company treats customers.
