Avoid this contractor!, or do not pay before carefully inspecting product you are getting! First he was doing a project - installing floors for a client, he said "don't worry" when we mentioned that perhaps there would be not enough of existing floors, then he ran out of course and ask to pay not small money for extra wood which of course he was able to supply from his junk yard. Later he sold us wood, it was going to be a nice quality, old looking pine. It turned out he dropped it quickly when i was not on site, collected certified check and then we discovered the wood was full of termite damage, not evenly cut and hard to install. Finally he went to another client who offered some reclaimed floor wood, took the wood happily, and when client ask if he would be paid anything, Brewse told him no way as the wood was useless...! really???
