Billy Truong
Placed an order for some bar ends last week. Package arrived by UPS & there was nothing in it except an invoice and two stickers. Issue has been reported to the company and nothing has been resolved. I'm very disappointed with my experience.
Update: The problem has been resolved. Although I did not receive an apology for the inconvenience, they did ship me the part after approximately a week for them to verify with UPS claims that I was actually delivered an empty package. I was reminded by an email from Lucky Bike to update this review.
