A simple case of consumer impatience. I never "refused" anything. I contacted the motor supplier via email for the requested specs but the customer didn't give ample time, (more than 24 hrs.) to receive that information. In addition, Mr. Pyle refused to allow me to take a second look at the unit to see if I could remedy his concerns but instead after using it for over a month he decided to have the motor removed and replaced by someone else and gave me an ultimatim of either giving a full refund or face legal action. Listen, I believe in giving service above and beyond the norm but it's impossible to do when a customer refuses to allow me to try to remedy the situation.

I own a In-house Beam Central Vacuum unit. Amerivac performed repairs replacing the motor and electronic circuit board. Significant decline in performance was experienced after your repairs. You refused to share/provide with us specifications regarding the motor and circuit board you used. We had to call CMW Company, authorized Beam service provider, to address the issues. What they found where substandard non-OEM parts used by Amerivac. These parts you used were not appropriate for the make, model, and square footage of our home. When we sought reconciliation with you regarding your substandard service, you refused.
