A simple case of consumer impatience. I never "refused" anything. I contacted the motor supplier via email for the requested specs but the customer didn't give ample time, (more than 24 hrs.) to receive that information. In addition, Mr. Pyle refused to allow me to take a second look at the unit to see if I could remedy his concerns but instead after using it for over a month he decided to have the motor removed and replaced by someone else and gave me an ultimatim of either giving a full refund or face legal action. Listen, I believe in giving service above and beyond the norm but it's impossible to do when a customer refuses to allow me to try to remedy the situation.

Sells, junk. Says refurbished but has done nothing but whip the dirt off.
