I'm not a fan in the least bit due to losing too much time when I sat down with one of there employees about my problems with my house bill. I don't feel the they took care of me and I gave them my privacy with copies of my paperwork and I was taken advantage of. I was not suppose to be sent back to the illegal bank problem that I have. Employee needs to be retrained to get the job done and explain all my options that day and not waste time and I've almost ran out of time at this point in time. I'm not giving you a compliment when I saw that you are the Hemap Consumer Credit Counseling agency in the area and I don't understand the 40 year loan or if that's all you have. I don't want pushed into a much higher payoff.
