CBSI, a veteran owned small business, was founded as a traditional telephone answering service (TAS) in 1985 by Caroline Kurilec. Since beginning operations, CBSI has grown to over 800 accounts and expanded into other call center type services (catalogue orders, customer service support, software support, reservations and etc...) as well as offering executive suites at its Marietta location. CBSI serves clients in a variety of industries including, but not limited to, real estate sales, property management, legal (solo practitioner attorneys and small law firms), medical practices, veterinary practices, software companies, consumer products, telecommunications, and etc... CBSI customizes solutions for each customer's specific needs.
