I am NOT having a good experience It has been nearly 3 weeks since YOUR adjuster filed my claim with your firm I have called your firm through customer service at least 3 different times to determine the reason for delay in responding to my claim...various responses...none definitive or helpful in allowing me to get my property workable condition. I know you would like a "praise" for your "platinum" service as noted on your phone recording...but my experience is less than "copper." Gerald Hershey
