New Era Fiber, LLC is an alpaca and llama fiber processing mill. New Era Fiber LLC is an alpaca and llama fiber processing company. We provide award winning yarns and roving for the quality conscious knitter, crocheter, weaver or fiber artist. We have developed a line of original knitting patterns for use with alpaca fiber. These special patterns allow for the use of 100% alpaca for scarves, gloves, sweaters, and more. Because we are alpaca owners and breeders ourselves, we understand why each alpaca fleece is special. Each fleece has an important use, from that very special cria fleece, to your favorite old guy's fiber. We treat each lot of fiber the way we would want our own fiber to be handled. We can help you make decisions as to blending, combining, or yarn style. We can help you make the best choices to get the most value from your harvest.
