Marsh Engineering Services is a small civil engineering consulting firm serving public and private clients throughout Vermont. The firm is owned as a sole proprietorship by Donald Marsh, P.E. We provide site design, permitting and construction administration services for water supply, wastewater disposal, erosion control and stormwater management projects for subdivisions, family housing, hotels, schools and ski areas. Mr. Marsh has designed and permitted hundreds of projects over the past 30 years. These projects have ranged from small subdivisions and affordable housing projects to 70 lot subdivisions, shopping centers, schools, hotels, industrial sites, landfills and gravel pits.
