Terrible representative of Legacy Log Homes! I am reporting abuse done to me and my property at 468 Big John Road in Allenspark. Cris Kurelja of Legacy Log Homes has to come through my property to get to his property at 470 Big John Road. In the past few months he has been building a new log home and has been putting up signs on my property, cutting down my trees, widening my road and taking down the gate at the entrance to my property. All without my permission. On top on this, we have had an agreement for 10 years that he would help pay for the electrical and phone lines I pulled to his property ($5,000). He said he would pay when he built in a year, but it has taken him 10 years. When I asked about payment, he said "It's been 10 years, what's another month or two?" When I asked when he would pay me, he said "Have a nice day" and pulled away from me in his truck! That was over two months ago. I have tried calling him repeatedly at his home phone 970-586-9445, but he won't answer. He acts like he can do whatever he wants to my property! It is illegal for anyone to just abuse a someone's property unabated and without any recourse. Now I am considering taking legal action against Cris Kurelja.
