We signed up with Kara on the Exotic Travel Services website, and were excited for the trip. After conversing with her by email, we made the trip out to what was our worst trip ever. The resort, which they've chosen to go back to two years in a row, was absolutely horrible. The food was barely edible. We were asked "Do you think this is beef? Try this, do you think this is fully cooked?" by other guests. The resort was falling apart. The flooring by the "hot tubs" on the rooftop lounge area were falling apart, with the wooden slats almost tripping people a number of times. The "hot tubs" had broken buttons and wires exposed. There was a toilet flood in one of the other suites on the third floor. The resort staff squeegeed the waste water out of the room and into the hallway, and pushed it out off the balcony, where it rained on the walkways below. We left after 2 days out of 5. Neither ETS nor the resort agreed to any refund. We were told we didn't give ETS nor the resort the chance to make it right. No amount of changes will fix shoveling waste water into our walking path.
