Elan Construction remodeled and renovated my condo located in Torrance, CA in 2010. Since a couple of years have passed, I can view this renovation objectively and say that I can't remember what my home was like before this project. My quick review: 1) This company is honest. Invoices were itemized so I knew exactly what was done and what the payment covered. 2) Workmanship has proven to be of high quality. What few & small problems that arose post-construction have been were rectified quickly. 3) Excellent sub-contractors when needed. 4) Esthetic and expert design suggestions (finishings). 5) Knowledge and expertise regarding permits, building codes. Elan obtained the building permits and were present during all inspections. 6) Elan went above and beyond when I needed help - such as coming to light the water heater pilot on a Sunday (smile). The project took longer than expected because of weather (it was an El Nino year) and the unexpected repairs that needed to be addressed. VERY happy Elan was present during these 'emergencies'. I would definitely go through this project again knowing the result - a sign of a good renovation I'm told!
