Staff of 3 Day Flooring Kitchen and Baths was the first company we met because showroom was open until 6pm. We hoped it was a sign that he was dedicated to his business. His showroom is in Granada Hills, farthest from our home compared to other showrooms of interest, but that didn't deter me as I figured (and hoped) we wouldn't be up-charged due to having higher overhead. After meeting them, we had a great feeling about them- they seemed to know what they were talking about, didn't talk nonsense or tired to lead us in a direction we didn't care for, and was conscientious in listening to what we wanted for the remodel.

Where do we begin! Fantastic service from start to finish. They not only met but went beyond our expectations. First our house closing was delayed and last minute we had to delay our laminate and tile work for the entire upstairs floor. 3 Day flooring accommodated the delay and did their best to squeeze in the job even though it is a busy time of the year just before the holidays when everyone has a deadline to complete their remodel. We also had a deadline and with two kids we wanted to move in before Christmas and have everything ready for them. Installers worked hard, worked late and with great quality and completed the job. We had time to clean up and move in just in time for Christmas. Thank you 3 Day flooring and crew, we are really enjoying the floors!
