Made beautiful cabinets for my kitchen unfortunately he used poor materials, measured wrong , when you pulled out my drawer the stove stopped it from coming out and he had to remake the whole section which was inferior. The hood to my stove has cracks at all four joints, my trash bin bounces open when closed and my 3 month project took 8 months before he walked off the job and left me with an incomplete kitchen. My dream kitchen turned into my worse nightmare and all Mark Plumb could do about it is make empty promises and excuses. He quit the job and left me high and dry and called me a nit picker to boot. Imagine I am a nit picker since I want what I paid for. He is a smooth talker and good story teller but a very poor contractor and a liar. He lies and cons his way through his jobs and I would like to warn people. If this website allowed I could post you all kinds of texts and pictures to show his bad work. Well Mark I guess I am a nit picker because I want what was promised and paid for. He quit the job when he was going to have to remake my cabinets which I had ordered at 14" and rec'd 12" and when I asked how that happened Mark's professional reply was "We just fucked up"" I should have expected this from him as the painters he used also did a horrible job so if he recommends Oscar Rios to paint run the other way. He surrounds himself with other incompetent people so buyer beware.
