The Harborfront Inn is a modern Greenport hotel, providing tasteful accommodations in Long Island wine country, steps from the harbor and downtown. The Harborfront Inn at Greenport is the first luxury hotel on Long Island's North Fork. Opened in 2004 located right on Peconic Bay, the hotel offers expansive views of the water and nearby Shelter Island. Positioned in the heart of Greenport, the Harborfront Inn offers a central location amidst the bustling downtown area and is in close proximity to Long Island wine country. Once a major whaling and shipbuilding center, Greenport, approximately 90 miles east of Manhattan, is now at the heart of the North Fork's thriving tourist industry.
