I shipped 2 paintings from UPS #3053 & paid for $1000 in insurance. The artwork/frames arrived irreparably damaged bc of improper packing. Now the manager/owner are dodging my calls and emails and don't want to pay to repair the frames/pay insurance claim. HQ and BBB are now involved.
