I think it’s absolutely ridiculous that you would fire somebody that is the only person in the factory that knows how to run the laminator, that’s why y’all are almost a month behind in orders because you don’t have anybody else that can run the machine. Larry fired somebody because of a personal vendetta He had against an employee. He’s a bully, lazy, doesn’t even do the small necessities of his job-he ponds it off on the other employees it is consistently on an every day basis a belittling every single one of them; and can’t condones this without any repercussions to Larry‘s actions. He is also showing nepotism; he hired his son Tyler Crips making more than anybody in the company and the only want to be hired on without having to go through a staffing agency. The only job Tyler has in the company is following bow around like a lost puppy even though he doesn’t actually do any work, he in fact cannot work any of the machines in the company yet he makes more than anybody AND is guaranteed overtime every week. Since Tyler is in welding school, he bought himself a welding table for Shepherd’s so that way he can work on personal farming equipment that kid needs. I’m pretty sure that this is not a welding company and it’s probably illegal to use the metal from the company to make your own personal products. Especially when that’s not even a job that’s required there. He created a job for his son because he did not qualify to work there, since Tyler is in welding school, he bought himself a welding table for Shepherd’s so that way he can work on personal farming equipment that Kent needs for the farm. I’m pretty sure that this is not a welding company and it’s probably illegal to use the metal from the company to make your own personal products. Especially when that’s not even a job that’s required there. He created a job for his son because he did not qualify to work there, he cannot work any of the machinery. He’s getting paid 40 hours a week plus overtime every Friday guaranteed, because he says he has medical bills to pay and his daddy’s helping him out. That’s why he said he took the job, he gave him an offer he couldn’t resist. No one else has been hired on through that company without having to go through a staffing agency, even people that have quit and reapplied. Yet Kent gives Tyler special treatment all the time. Tyler Crips is wasting the money of this company by being a bum and his dad is allowing it. They just fired a father of three that has been working there for a decade, because of personal issues. Larry even threaten to call the police when he tried to get his property. I’m pretty sure that’s illegal to but I guess they’re above the law. We’ve asked the managers for HR’s number Numerous times and they refused to give it to us, there’s nothing online, and I can’t get anyone to get in touch with me. The most unprofessional, low paying, unfair management, pathetic company to ever work for. Do not waste your time. He has been asking to meet complaints numerous times and has been refuse that, we want to speak to somebody directly!!! Why is it so impossible, why is it impossible to get in contact with somebody in this company outside of the Watertown factory?! Get your act together and get an HR department considering you can’t handle your own management employees. They even have all of this employees items locked up in the cabinet but refuse to let him get them. Why won’t you do anything to resolve these company issues?
