I arbitrate and/or mediate labor grievances between Agencies and Unions, Companies and Grievants, Panel of Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service

I conduct hearings and resolve labor grievances for both private and public industries and companies in two regions: Texas and surrounding States; Alabama and surrounding States. I have served on the Arbitration Panel of the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service for the past thirty years.
