DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! They have had my computer 4 times in the last two months just to fix the keyboard! The last time I picked it up, not only was the keyboard still not working but also the screen was broken, and the casing wasn't even closed! They are now trying to charge me an additional $75 to fix the screen they broke!!!! DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE AND GET SCREWED LIKE I DID!
