I am very unhappy about the help they did not provide me with. I went in there to see about getting my electric wheelchair replaced, I have used the scooter store before. I spoke to the man in the front office on a Friday about getting a new scooter he to.d me the computer was down or something to that effect regarding medicare and he would call me on Monday. Monday came and went so I contacted him a few days later and he told me that they would probably wouldn't replace it and then he went on to tell me we would need a police report because the scooter was stolen and then he told me that the doctor would have to fill out a lot of papers after a while I told him it was obvious that he didn't want to bother with me, the replied that wasn't the case but he did as he set out to do and that was for me to not bother him anymore with my request. I don't know what that man gets paid to do other than run people off, well he succeeded and I will try another place even if I have to go to L.A.
