I AM NOT SURPRISED that this place has bad reviews on Yelp and many complaints filed through Better Business Bureau. The Chinese man who 'runs the business' takes advantage of customers by overcharging, having some early bird signs, then charging a higher price and pretending he doesn't understand when customers are surprised. The only advantage of his Dry Cleaning Service is the fact that it is located in Downtown Walnut Creek. I AM NOT SURPRISED that this place has bad reviews. He deserves to go out of business but some clients in Walnut Creek are really nice and are willing to pay premium for very inferior service. I will continue spreading the word and warning you customers - better go to other places, it will save you on average $3-5 a visit and your nerves, check out a place across from Valero Gas Station - great service and people are actually carefully checking your garments in case you have stains you want removed.
