I had an overall negative experience with Olympia Vision Clinic. Almost always the phone was busy. I had my comprehensive exam and I wasn't even offered a copy of my Rx for the glasses and no visit summary was offered either (I saw others had posted images of theirs online), and the receptionist knew nothing about signing me up for the portal and said it's just for making appointments, so if the Rx or summary is there, no one told me. The doctor usually seemed irritated with me and the communication wasn't great, and in the end I was very let down
