We gave this contractor $5,000 deposit to excavate the front of our property to replace the main drain pipes. He kept the money and then disappeared. After 10 months, we still can't get him to refund the money. We got someone else who did the work after 2 days. I would stay away if I were you. He did a lot of talking and then did nothing. We are now going to court to try and get our money back.
