I try to recommend every small business that has shown outstanding service and support. In this case it is the opposite. Don t waste your time or money with this company . After 2 months of Scott's (owner R. Scott Blair) game playing I finally called him out on his stories and excuses. Examples include: Geez, I lost your information ; I got a shipment, but forgot you and sent it to a lot of people who wanted to finish up their little Christmas projects ; They sent it USPS with the wrong sticker (eco sticker) so it got lost...no traceability ; The phones are ringing off the hook, and I didn t do a thing I told you I would ; My supplier has drop shipped a single can to you...Oh, I don t have the tracking number, but will call you with it (didn t call); Oh, they didn t use UPS, they used FedEx instead...no I don t have tracking number....no, don t conference them in right now to ask for number ;. I could go on and on, TWO months worth! Shame on me for allowing Scott to lead me on for that long! Again, don t waste you time and money on this outfit. Use Talus.com instead. The order, confirmation and shipment release all happened within less than an hour. BTW, when I told Scott that it was obvoius that he had lied to me, he told me the phone call was mean and hung up!! If their was a minus rating, I would use it!
