Matthew Rathbun Realtor In my professional life, nothing is more important than you, the client. Serving my real estate clients is much more than just filling out paperwork, showing homes and cashing a check. I spend countless hours studying the market, the consumer demographics and what our countless industry reports say about you.
I engage all the practical technology and resources that I have at my disposal to ensure that we do business your way. I only work with clients who I’ve met with and listened to and feel that I can help in reaching their goals. Most clients wish to buy or sell because of life events. It’s my job to be a faithful servant to you as your lifestyle changes. Understanding you and your family’s needs helps me to put myself in your position and then decide what advice I would like to have if I were making the decisions that will be laid out before you.
I have been honored to receive the Virginia Association of REALTORS® Instructor of the Year and the Fredericksburg Area Associations of REALTORS® Rookie of the Year, President’s Award, Code of Ethics Aware and the Honor “Role” award each year from 2007 to current.
