Very bad experience and it came down to management and specifically Ann. I found the emails and even texts yes texts to be unprofessional. We had agreed to a contract with the sales man for the invoices to be net 30 days which I wish they never agreed too because Ann didn’t like it and continually pointed it out and going as far as letting us know the cleaner didn’t get paid until we paid our invoice. We felt if the account was taken the company should of changed that policy based on changing the terms and not guilting the customer. If a check was not received they would stop the service and not notify you so your staff would find out Monday morning. REGARDLESS THE CLIENT SHOULD BE NOTIFIED IF A WEEKLY CLEANING SERVICE WOULD NOT BE PERFORMED. I feel Ann was not fit to be dealing with clients! Very happy I parted ways!
