If it's too cheap to be good, then it probably isn't..... That is so true with Gwaltney sausage. I bought 4 rolls the other day because of the price; wow, was that a mistake! The label should have read " roll of fat ". Unfortunately, it wasn't even good fat. I tried mixing it with ground deer and it wasn't even tasty. Your company may be very sucessful with this fat, but it sends out a message of who you are. Is all your meat this same quality? I won't be finding out. I know there's a market for all levels of quality, so good luck!
