They carry replacement parts and accessories, and provide field service, technical support, and extensive rebuilding services. Their applications engineering department will run client samples to determine the most efficient induction coil design and unit type/size. ECI manufactures their own line of output transformers and water recirculators, and rounds out their product line with state of the art induction melting systems.
