Universal Plastics will design,develop and manufacture custom thermoplastic products for our customers.

Universal Plastics thermoforms both heavy and thin gauge thermoplastics into trays, housings, packaging, POP Displays, Liners, protective covers and containers. We provide 3 D design, tooling and prototype services. We do Vacuum, Pressure and Twin Sheet thermoforming in sizes up to 72" wide x 108" long by 48" deep. We form all thermoplastics including ABS, HIPS, PVC, HDPE, Polycarbonate, Noryl, Radel, Ultem and Polypropylene. We form thicknesses from .010 thru 1" thick.
