Dear Sirs , I have numerous pieces of Eterna Gold which I purchased from QVC shopping network. At the time of purchase, the public was promised that Eterna Gold was durable and was guaranteed to hold up for lifetime with a promise to repair any and all pieces purchased from QVC. I am not asking for anything for free because I understand the price of gold is totally out of control; I am merely requesting that you repair or do whatever is necessary to be done to restore the jewelry to its original beauty and...I am willing to pay whatever the cost you estimate as fair because the jewelry is absolutely of no value to me with the dents and cracks that have occurred during the years. Again, you did state on national TV that you will stand behind your jewelry. Again, I will pay postage to return all of my pieces of gold, pay whatever you deem reasonable to make the repairs and pay the postage for its return to me. I pray that we can come to a reasonable agreement on this matter, as my purchases go back approximately 20 years ago when Eterna Gold 1st appeared on QVC.
