Do not work for this company. The current management has no experience in running a business. They have no vision for their sales team. The company was handed down from generation to generation. I was recruited for a remote sales position. There is nothing in place for lead generation, no CRM tool, no online presence after 80 years in the corrugated industry. The position was misrepresented everything is not what it seems. They list themselves as Manufacturers they are not they are authorized resellers for Cascade, President and several other manufacturers. The company has experienced slower revenue growth than the industry average since it was founded. RUN, RUN, RUN!
