On Monday of last week , 7/30/12, my Black & Decker Mini Food Processor died. I received it for Xmas 1981. We used it at least 4-5 x weekly. I just ordered another. if I receive half the service from this new one as i did from the last, I would be amazed. Your company makes quality products and i hope you continue with the legacy. People always let u know when something is awry, I thought I would Clap u on the back, "Cause ya did good".
Sincerely, Peggy Yacovone

12/9/12 UNFORTUNATELY MY RECOMMENDATION WOULD BE NOT TO PURCHASE BLACK AND DECKER TOASTER OVENS...I HAVE LEARNED MY LESSON AFTER HAVING GONE THRU THREE OF THEM IN THE PAST AND MADE THE MISTAKE AGAIN IN LATE JUNE OF 2011 WHEN I BOUGHT TH CONVECTION COUNTERTOP OVEN MODEL TO1675W. IT WORKED GREAT FOR ABOUT SIX MONTHS AND FROM THEN ON ONLY PARTS OF THE TOAST OR WAFFLES WOULD TOAST, SIDES BURN AND I AM NOW LOOKING FOR ONE THAT WORKS GREAT FOR LONGER THAN 1-1/2 YEARS. I AM SO DISAPPOINTED IN BLACK AND DECKER...USED TO RAVE ABOUT THEM YEARS AGO...NOT ANY MORE. [email protected]

My father was a mechanic in the 40s, 50s and 60s in ND. He attended meetings at Manns Automotive Supply and they usually had door prizes. He won a Black and Decker iron that he gave me before I was married. I married in 1962 and have been using that same steam iron ever since until today when it died. I was very happy to see that Black and Decker irons are still sold, but disappointed because I thought I would never have to buy another iron.
