Our local CVS pharmacy (11 El Camino Real, San Carlos, CA) has the best staff unfortunately, My hematologist have to have my interferon injection ordered from CVS Special Pharmacy/ Caremark. What a total disappointment! Customer Service is so shady and clearly lazy and incompetent! I've followed-up on my medication since Monday and they've always answered that it will be in the system and ready the next day. I've been really patient since it's now a Friday!!!! I called my Doctor's office because I'm getting frustrated and the Front desk said that they have to re-fax my prescription. Really? That would have been taken cared of last Monday and they should've dealt with pre-authorization for my medication. it would be good if a list of customer service representative/s who we've spoken to will be sent to us like a follow-up report in addition to the issue/case for customer service calls. That can protect you, it can be an evaluation check for your employees and an easier way to deal with customer complaints or satisfaction. Thank you
