The Hiawatha Apartments is now under new Management. We do not tolerate drugs, theft, vandalism. We want to make this place a safe and friendly environment for everybody to enjoy.

Bad place to live. Manager is hardly ever there. If you have a complaint, she ignores it. She has numbers to call her at in an emergency, but she doesn't answer or call you back. Drugs are being sold there and the manager knows it and who is doing it, but nothing is done about it. There have been several known sex offenders living there as well as visiting tenants there, but as usual, , nothing is done about it. If you want safety, security and a nice place to live, the Hiawatha is DEFINATELY NOT, the place to live at.
