My husband worked for this company from its beginning and he use to tell me many stories about being in the fish ponds and killing snakes that hung around them. He often would tell me stories about how him and Charlie were more like brothers than employee and employer. I told him that I could believe that. I have heard so much about Charlie and Sam that I believe that I would know them if I saw them. I have wanted to meet the two brothers that were always the butt of Ike's stories especially Sam. I do know that Sam loves food that is cooked by black women. My husband is terminally ill now and when I say this listing I just had to comment about it. I recommend this company because of the professional upkeep of the catfish and vegetation, I have visited the Bent Oak Farm every weekend since Ike and I first started dating.
