My recent encounter with Sandoval Irrigation and Landscape, under the ownership of Javier, has been nothing short of a nightmare. Approximately a month and a half ago, Javier installed a new irrigation timer for me, which seemed to be functioning properly until I returned from a week-long trip to find my flowers dead due to the malfunctioning timer. Upon contacting Javier to address the issue, I was shocked when he attempted to charge me a $65 fee, which I firmly believed was unjustified given the recent installation. After some negotiation, he reluctantly agreed to come out once, free of charge. However, despite multiple follow-ups and assurances, no one from his company showed up, leaving me in the lurch. In a final attempt to resolve the situation amicably, I reached out to Javier, expressing my dissatisfaction and giving him the chance to make things right before resorting to posting a negative review. To my astonishment, his response was not only unapologetic but also downright hostile. He stated if I wanted to write a bad review to write it and he didn't care. He didn't want my business and all of his customers are happy I am the only one who isn't happy. He went further to say it worked when he left, and he is not coming out to look at it. I reiterated to him that I stated I DID NOT want to write a bad review hence why I called first. But when no one ever showed up or responded after two days I figured I would try one more time. He brazenly refused to address the issue, stating that he didn't care about my concerns and even went as far as to hang up on me. As a fellow business owner, I understand the importance of customer satisfaction and the impact of negative reviews. However, Javier's blatant disregard for professionalism and accountability is utterly unacceptable. His failure to rectify the faulty workmanship and his disrespectful demeanor towards a paying customer reflect poorly on Sandoval Irrigation and Landscape. In conclusion, based on my distressing experience, I strongly advise against entrusting any landscaping or irrigation needs to Sandoval Irrigation and Landscape. Javier's unprofessional conduct and lack of regard for customer satisfaction are glaring indicators of the poor quality of service provided by this company.
