After a good experience with ordering a door sticker, I decided to have them do my business card. That was a mistake. The first try, which took longer than two weeks to come in had a major printing error which made one side of the card completely black. At that time, I also noticed that they had used two different colors of blue on the fonts, which they assured me was part of the same printing problem. I was told that they would "rush" the reprint and I would have it in a week. After 10 days, I finally emailed (nobody would ever answer the phone), which they did not respond to. Finally, I went into the store to ask for my money back. Amazing! The order was there and the girl told me she had called me after getting my email, which was not true--no voicemail, no missed call on my phone. I was told that the extra $30 I owed for a special cut would be waived because of the problems. Great, except for my discovering that the round-corner cut was never made. In addition, I now had three variant colors of blue. On further inspection, I noticed that they had changed the font type as well as the font size on several lines. Even though I had given them a ready-to-print graphics file, they had monkeyed with everything and messed it up again. I emailed them (nobody will ever answer the phone) with a large: Please pass this along to the manager or owner and a long explanation of my dissatisfaction. No response. Poor service. Poor quality. Avoid like the plague.
