Then, when something goes wrong with one of our products, bring it back to the dealer (if still in business) to have them ship it back to us for warranty service, because you cannot contact us directly. Oh, and your dealer will likely charge you a processing fee for each item they return on your behalf. They have to make money too, and it dissuades you from utilizing the warranty.
