Horrible service when it comes to getting anything fixed if broken. The newly installed septic system wasn't installed correctly and was dumping waste runoff into the back yard. Causing constant and large amounts of mosquitoes. The floor joist had broken and the subfloor was flexing. It took over 3 months for them to get someone to come out and fix it. It lasted less than 2 weeks. When I talked to TOBIN BARRETT he said that the tiles that were broken do to the broken floor. He said the tiles were not part of the fix. Even though it was broken prior to my family moving in to the home.
