This is not a recommendation but a complaint. This company needs to rid itself of the office manager, the only lady who answers the phone. Her name is Alice Cataldi. I have never encountered a women so rude especially when you are the customer who is trying to do business with the company. She is very curt and you cant get a word in edge wise. I placed an order for over $500, but I wished I had another person to deal with. She is on her own time, not the companys'. I wish their were more contact persons to speak with other than her. I am so upset by the fact that she can be that way and there is no contact info to speak to someone above her to let them know how their company is being run. I have many more orders that I would like to place but will be going elsewhere strictly becasue of the service I received.
