I WAS a fan. Not any longer! They do Not take care of their customers and their employees do Not return phone calls, they make changes to orders, bill customers for it without telling the customer, you're not allowed to talk to a supervisor when you call to discuss the issues, and when you try and contact a member of management through their contact numbers listed the employees do not know who you are talking about. I have been trying for over 2 months to correct a problem one of their employees caused and they WILL NOT correct it. On 4/20/15 I ordered over $200 in items for Nurse's Week. The short version of this is I ordered 5 pkg of one item that could not be delivered on time. Lisa at Positive Promotions said she would substitute an item for that item. It was the exact same item but a different color. That was fine. She said it would be FedEx out and to call in 2d if not there. It wasn't. I called back. She checked and said it had not gone out and said she would ship it immediately. That night I received a box with 40pkg of the item in it. The next day another box came with 30 pkg of the same item. There had NEVER been any discussion about changing my order what so ever. I had only ordered 5pkg that is all I wanted. I tried to call Lisa, I left messages, no return call. I was getting ready to go out of town on family emergency. I than received a billed in the mail for $613.43. Ever since I have been trying to get it resolved to no avail. I did nothing wrong.
