I'm just now learning about the above recommendation and would like to comment on it. I believe Pink-E-Pie's reputation with licensing and clients speaks for itself. All employees have always passed background checks and are closely monitored as we have an open facility so you can always see and hear everything that is going on. Just because a parent has a negative comment about an employee is not grounds for termination as over my 17 years of being an employer I have learned that everyone has an enemy. The employee spoken about above had always passed every background check that was completed on them and as soon as I heard from a detective that there was an official investigation going on the employee was terminated immediately. The issue the previous employee was investigated for happened 4 years prior to ever being employed at Pink-E-Pie's, and when it happened, I spoke with all of the childcare parents open and honestly about this ex-employee and told them what had gone on. No parents felt their child was ever touched nor harmed in any way, while at Pink-E-Pie's facility. I hope this adds clarity to the above comment.

I am very upset that I went into your daycare in 2008 and told you about an employee you had working for you that was under investigation for child molestation. you ignored my warning and just now in May of 2012 you fired him because he is going to jail for the very crime I warned you about..God knows how many children he may have harmed at your daycare. I would not recommend anyone to go to your daycare and you need to be investigated and closed down.
