8/18/12... I had the most awesome experience with J & T today! I live in the nearby community and had scheduled a TuneUp and Oil change today. I personally work with John (Superman in my eyes)....he had everything I needed ready when I arrived at 8am this morning. Well.....the day proved to be very eventful for me (errands, electricity went out, tree fell on our fence, etc...). Anyway, we totally forgot about the car until around 3:00pm (they close at 2pm on Saturdays). I started FREAKING out trying to figure out what I could do.....I work in Plano and was petrified I would not be able to get to work Monday! I called the shop and nobody answered.....I was crossing my fingers big time but nobody answered. We thought maybe they would have left my car outside (we've been trading there since 2005). Anyway, we drove up there and John had placed a note on the window with his cell phone number for me. I started to call the number and much to my surprise John was still there doing some extra stuff around the building. I can't tell you how happy I was to see him there...he actually waited on me and that was amazing to me! In this day and time getting this kind of care and concern is rare indeed!!! This kind of attention and care is the reason why I do not take my vehichle anywhere else. They don't steer me wrong or tell me I need something done that is not necessary. I can't thank them enough for being there for me and I can't say enough about John!!!
